
If the customer purchases a Cigar Stub at a retail
store he/she may take it to the retail store, and they will give them a new
one. Retail store then sends us the broken product, and we will give store a
credit.
If end consumer buys a Cigar Stub online directly
from us and it breaks then they could send it back to us for repair.
CONSIDER
WHAT OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE WILL AND WILL NOT COVER:

Lifetime guarantee covers any damage to
mechanical parts and excludes damages resulting from accident, misuse,
tampering, or abuse.

The lifetime guarantee does not cover
faults occurring through natural wear and tear.
·
Scratches to the finish of the Cigar
Stub are not covered by this lifetime guarantee.
· The Cigar Stub Co. will not be liable for any consequential damages from the misuse of Cigar Stubs.

TO RETURN A CIGAR STUB FOR SERVICE
Please enclose the following with the Cigar Stub:
1. Your
name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2. Description
of the problem or defect.
3. Payment
of US $6.00 for Shipping & Handling (US check, money order, Visa, Master
Card, Discover, or American Express.)
(If Paying by credit card, please include the name of cardholder,
billing address with zip code, the credit card number and the expiration date.)

& Handling services will not be processed.
